All quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on equipment availability, permitting requirements, or site-specific installation challenges discovered during the assessment.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms for solar installations are typically structured as follows:

• 25% deposit upon contract signing
• 50% upon delivery of equipment to site
• 25% upon system commissioning and handover

4.3 Financing Options

We offer various financing options for solar installations including solar loans, leasing programs, and power purchase agreements (PPAs). Terms and conditions for financing are governed by separate agreements with our financing partners.

5.1 Site Requirements

Customers must ensure adequate roof condition, structural integrity, and accessibility for solar panel installation. Any necessary roof repairs or reinforcements are the customer's responsibility unless specifically included in our proposal.

5.2 Permits and Approvals

Lotus365s will handle all necessary permits and utility interconnection applications. However, approval timelines are beyond our control and may affect installation schedules.

5.3 Maintenance Responsibilities

While solar systems require minimal maintenance, customers are responsible for keeping panels clean and ensuring unobstructed access to sunlight. Regular professional maintenance is recommended and available through our service programs.

📋 6. Customer Obligations

6.1 Property Access

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site during normal business hours for installation, maintenance, and service activities.

6.2 System Monitoring

Customers should regularly monitor their solar system performance and report any significant performance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to ensure warranty coverage.

6.3 Insurance Requirements

Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate homeowner's or commercial property insurance that covers the solar energy system. We recommend notifying your insurance provider about the solar installation.

⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability

Lotus365s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective equipment or services under warranty. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost energy production, business interruption, or property damage not directly caused by our installation work.

Our total liability for any claim related to solar energy services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific system or service in question.

🔄 8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1 Cancellation Rights

Customers may cancel their solar installation contract within 3 business days of signing without penalty. After this period, cancellation may be subject to charges for work completed, equipment ordered, and permits obtained.

8.2 Refund Process

Refunds for cancelled projects will be processed within 30 days, minus any non-recoverable costs including custom equipment, completed design work, and permit fees.

🌍 9. Environmental and Safety Compliance

All solar installations comply with local building codes, electrical codes, and safety regulations. We maintain appropriate licenses and insurance for solar energy work in our service areas.

Customers are responsible for complying with any homeowner association (HOA) requirements or local ordinances that may affect solar panel installation or appearance.

📞 10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our solar energy services will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in the courts of New Delhi, India.

📝 11. Modifications to Terms

Lotus365s reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For existing contracts, material changes will be communicated directly to customers and may require agreement amendments.
